The villa was fully renovated in 2021. The kitchen, dining room, lounge and library flow together in about 100 m². The basement has a wine cellar and table tennis, the garage a private gym, and the enclosed private garden has a large covered terrace.

The house room by room
Ground floor
The kitchen, dining room, lounge and library all flow together, with plenty of room for good moments for adults and children alike. The lounge has a sofa, a daybed and armchairs.
The library has four armchairs and a warm, atmospheric feel. Relax with a book or a podcast, enjoy a good chat, or have a cocktail after a long day in town.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen opens onto the large dining room, with seats for 10 guests at the table.
Basement
The wine cellar has a serving fridge, atmospheric details and a sound system throughout the basement. There is a full set of exclusive Riedel glasses, 12 of each kind.
Active stay
The garage has been turned into a gym with dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX, a bench, a mat and two Tacx Neo Bike Smart bikes for Zwift. Enjoy your holiday without giving up your training.
In the basement, the table tennis room is right next to the wine cellar, with a sound system in both rooms.
Garden
The garden is enclosed and private, and the covered terrace can be used whatever the weather. The 50 m² terrace has a dining table for 10, a lounge with a daybed and a sun lounger. In the evening the lounge is beautifully lit.

All four bedrooms are on the first floor. If you are more than 7, there is a sofa and a daybed in the living room.
